Our report will run through the guitar’s item-list and analyze it one by one for authenticity.
This includes: headstock, tuners, nut, fretboard, frets, body, bridge, tailpiece, saddle, bridge pins, serial number, papers, pickups, potentiometers, pickup selector switch, input jack, and truss rod cavity.
As soon as you place your order, an invitation, with the guitar’s data, is sent out to our expert luthiers for inspection.
Our luthiers review the guitar’s data and run a detailed analysis, reviewing videos, images, and any written description available.

TrueRelic inspectors do not physically see or hold the guitar. The TrueRelic service is a virtual inspection of all reasonably accessible items only, and some problems may not be observable during the inspection. The TrueRelic inspector is solely relying on videos, images, and written electronic information. As some guitar defects and issues can only be found by physically inspecting the guitar, we do recommend to complement the TrueRelic inspection with a physical one by a local luthier.
